The only very noticeable change to my page happened when I applied the tritanopia filter on my site. Since that filter filters out blue and the background of my page was blue, it instead appeared a greenish hue and my side menu appeared more orange-red. With the other filters, I think the site hierarchy is still clear because the menu is the only really noticeable change in color. When I was picking colors, I knew that red/green color blindness is more prominent in people and tried to stay away from using too much of those colors.
